Important note: You MUST turn in your Chemistry Room Map and Flinn Chemistry Safety Contract AND pass your Chemistry Safety Quiz with an 80% or better to do labs! If you have not, please see me ASAP!!!
You have until the end of the 1st Quarter to retake E-1 or E-2. You MUST complete and check a remediation sheet before you can retake! Here are remediation sheets for E-1 Metric System (complete at least one) … E-01 rem / E-01 rem 2. Here are the remediation sheets for E-2 Significant Figures (complete at least one) … E-02-13 empp / E-02-13 apt ! Other options include page 11 in the Workbook (E-02-08 mp) and the Excel Practice Test (E-2 EXCEL PT). You CAN do it! Learning just takes practice!!! 🙂

Monday, September 12th – Lab Skill Set Pretest #1. Did you remember to wear appropriate shoes for lab??? Review the Guidelines for Measuring (GUIDELINESFORMEASURING-15). Stamp E-3 Observations Prelab. Do E-3 Lab Day 1 (GUIDELINESFORLABREPORT-08/E-03-15 ls). Homework: Bring shoes that cover feet for lab tomorrow!!!
Tuesday, September 13th – Lab Skill Set Pretest #2. Discuss Guidelines for Graphing (GUIDELINESFORGRAPHING-08). Did you remember to wear appropriate shoes for lab??? Check the E-3 Lab Day 1 Data Table. Do E-3 Lab Day 2. Homework: Answer E-3 Lab Analysis Questions #1 (graph) and #2 (quantitative and qualitative analysis lists on the BACK of graph) due Friday! Write up E-4 Bunsen Burner Prelab (E-04-15 ls)(due Fri).
Wednesday, September 14th – HALF DAY. Turn in ONE CLEAN E-3 Data Table PER GROUP TODAY – I will give you a handout!!! Begin E-3 Question, Conclusion, Mind Prober Worksheet handout per group and TURN IN TODAY (E-03 wksht)!!!
